APPLICATION FORM SUBMISSION

To apply for admission, you can either download the application form or obtain one from any of our campuses. When submitting your application, make sure to bring the following documents:

  • The most recent school results, including those from other educational institutions (End year results: Nov).
  • Identification documents for the student, parent(s), or guardian(s).

CAREER SELECTION

If you need assistance with career selection, we are here to help. Our certified career counselors can provide:

  • Personal information assessment, considering your interests, personality, values, abilities, and strengths.
  • Environmental information, including details about the employment market, career information, education and training institutions, and job opportunities.

You can book an assessment at your nearest campus or the Career Development Centre. During the assessment, a PACE test will evaluate your numeracy and literacy abilities, along with an interest evaluation to determine your strengths and abilities. After the assessment, you will have a personal interview where our career counseling practitioners will recommend the best career path based on your goals and preferences.

FINAL SELECTION AND CONFIRMATION OF REQUIREMENTS MET

  • After gathering all the necessary information, you can make an informed decision about your future career. You will be informed whether you meet the requirements for your desired program and guided through the admission process. If eligible for your chosen career, you can proceed with the registration process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR FREE REGISTRATION

To be considered for free registration, you need to submit the following documents:

  • SAPS certified copy of Student Identity Document/Birth Certificate
  • SAPS certified copy(ies) of Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) Identity Document
  • SAPS certified copy(ies) of parent(s)/guardian(s) death certificate if applicable
  • Proof of income: social grant slip/ recent salary slip/ recent bank statement
  • Student’s residential address
  • Number of family members in the household
  • Number of students in the household (only University and College students – provide proof of University students)
  • Accommodation amount per month (in the case of private boarders)
  • Monthly transport amount (to be documented in an affidavit)

All certified copies should be no more than three months old. Eligible students will receive a printout as proof; however, this does not guarantee a bursary.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

If eligible for free registration:

  • Complete the registration form and bring the application form and screening results to the registration office. If not eligible for free registration:
  • Pay the registration cost at a local Standard Bank (bank details provided in the registration form).
  • Submit the application form, screening results, and payment proof to the registration office. If you are under 21, a parent or guardian must accompany you to the registration office, bring their identification, and sign the application form.
