Documents required for application to Northern Cape Urban TVET College

Proof of payment for registration fees is mandatory for both South African and international applicants. South African citizens must provide a certified copy of their ID document, while international applicants need to submit a copy of their passport number along with the ID document.

For the application process, having your final Grade 12 results is crucial if available, and Grade 11 results are also important if you are currently in Grade 12. Make sure to keep these results accessible during the application.

When applying online or via paper, ensure you have a unique email address.

Steps for completing the online application form:

1. Gather the following documents:
   • South African ID and latest academic records
   • IDs of guardian or parents (or death certificate if applicable)
   • IDs of all household members
   • Recent pay advice, employment letter, or pension advice (not older than three months)
2. Download the consent form and have it signed by your parent or legal guardian.
3. Campus Visit:
   • Visit your local campus and fill out the Campus Application Form.
   • Take a simple aptitude test to determine the most suitable career path.
   • Submit the documents from Steps 1 and 2.
   • Apply for your desired course.
