How to register Varsity College Online 2024-2025

The registration process and guidelines at IIE Varsity College have been designed to prepare both new and returning students for the upcoming semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.

To complete the registration process, students use the ITS enabler, a self-help/online system that offers convenience and accessibility outside of the campus. There is no need to visit the campus or wait in long lines. By following this guide, you can easily and enjoyably complete your online registration.

Registration Date:

Prospective students can fill out the Varsity College Online Application from July 1 to November 30, 2023. To secure a place for the 2024 academic year, Varsity College encourages early applications through online submissions (Hard-Copy).

Registration Fee:

All candidates are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of R 120.00 for online applications. Deposits should be made using the bank information provided, and applicants must upload the deposit slip along with other required documents.

IIE Varsity College Online Registration for 2024-2025:

Step 1 – Enquire:

If you are unsure about your field of study, view the available IIE Qualifications and submit an inquiry to start your journey. An appointment will be scheduled to discuss your credentials and career options.

Step 2 – Apply:

Once you have made your decision, it’s time to apply. You will need to pay a non-refundable application fee and provide certified copies of your national ID or passport and your most recent school results.

Step 3 – Pay:

Upon completing the application fee, you will receive login credentials to your application portal and a confirmation letter acknowledging receipt of your payment. Your application portal is essential for document uploads and receiving important communication and information.

Step 4 – Accept Your Offer:

Based on your eligibility, your application will be evaluated, and you will be considered for admission. An Offer Letter of Admission will be sent to your application portal and via email. To proceed, you must accept the non-refundable Pre-Registration fee of R2000.

Step 5 – Admission:

Your final results will determine your eligibility for admission. Once approved, you will need to visit the campus to complete your registration process.
