Here is a comprehensive guide to the application process for Motheo TVET College. Please read the following instructions attentively:
- Step 1: Begin by choosing the course you wish to pursue; career counseling services are available to assist you in this decision. You have the option to apply online or complete a physical application form, which is accessible at all our campuses and the administrative center.
- Step 2: Make a payment for the non-refundable registration fee of R100 or a late application fee of R200. Before making the payment, ensure that you meet the minimum requirements for registration. Payment details can be found on the application form. It’s important to note that this payment does not guarantee your acceptance.
- Step 3: Submit the completed application form, along with certified copies of your ID, latest school results, parent/guardian ID, and proof of payment, to the campus where you intend to study. If you are applying online, you can also submit your documents electronically.
- Step 4: International applicants need to have their qualifications evaluated by SAQA before applying. Failure to do so will result in foreign students not being accepted.
- Step 5: Once you have submitted your application, the college will notify you if you have been accepted and will require you to take a placement test. Upon successful placement, you will be expected to attend classes.
