The Academic Registrar of Oval Education International College has notified the Student Community that online registration is open for both new and returning students for the first semester of the upcoming academic year. The registration period will conclude as per the school’s specified timeline.

To attain official student status within the University, every candidate must undergo the registration process. All students are required to complete their registration within the initial three weeks of the semester, as mandated by the university. The student portal will serve as the platform for all students.

The registration process is facilitated through the ITS system, an online self-improvement framework. This system is conveniently accessible beyond the campus premises, eliminating the need for on-campus visits or lengthy queues. This guide will provide you with the necessary steps to seamlessly manage your online registration process. By adhering to the instructions, you can make this procedure straightforward and enjoyable.

Registration Fee: All applicants are obligated to submit a non-refundable registration fee of R 120.00 (for online applications). Kindly make the deposit using the provided banking details and ensure to upload the deposit slip along with other requisite documents.

Oval Education International Mandatory Registration Documents:

You are required to furnish the following documents to Oval Education International:

For international students, your passport; for South African citizens, your ID; your parent’s ID or passport if you are under 18; National Senior Certificate if you have already graduated; June Grade 12 results with the school’s seal as soon as they are available. These can also be sent via email to studentadmin@ufs.ac.za, especially if you have applied for a selection program. Your academic record is applicable only if you are currently enrolled in another higher education institution; USAF accreditation from the examination board for South African universities; Refer to mb.usaf.ac.za for matters related to restrictive exclusion, foreign conditional exception, or mature age restrictive exception.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Oval Education International Online Registration 2024-2025:

Log in using the provided PIN and your student number. Navigate to “Rules and Regulations” on the left side. Review the document, and click “I accept” on the page’s bottom to signify your agreement with the rules. For any disagreements, consult the Registrar’s Office. Note that accepting these rules equates to an electronic signature, which holds legal weight in disputes or disciplinary cases and is stored in your student record.
Select “Submit Registration” on the left side. In the “Employment Status” field, choose your employment status from the dropdown. Choose between “Save and Continue,” “Save and Proceed Later,” or “Restart Process.” Tick the boxes next to your selected subjects. Ensure you’ve chosen all mandatory subjects. From the elective list, pick the remaining subjects. Remember, you can’t enroll in courses without meeting the prerequisites, indicated by the X button.
Select “Save and Continue,” “Save and Proceed Later,” or “Restart Process.” If you’re confident about your subject, offering types, and study period selection, click “Save and Continue.” To print registration fees, choose “Print Cost Details.” Click “I Acknowledge Enrollment” to finalize the registration process. For proof of registration, select “Proof of Registration” at the bottom.
