To ensure a successful application and avoid rejection, applicants must carefully follow the provided UKZN application guidelines. It is highly recommended to thoroughly read the well-structured UKZN application instructions on their website before initiating the application process.

Instructions for UKZN Application Requirements

UKZN’s general admission requirements:

  • Admission to UKZN is contingent upon meeting the specific entry requirements for the desired degree program.
  • If the requirements are not met, applicants may consider alternative qualifications or explore enhanced programs that allow limited module selection in the first year.
  • Completion of the ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) School of Tomorrow may lead to refusal of admission to UKZN.
  • Some UKZN qualifications have limited availability, and meeting the general and/or special entry requirements for a degree does not guarantee enrollment in the 2024 course.

  • A certified copy of the National Senior/Matric Certificate, O/A Level, or relevant school diploma/certificate.
