How to register NWU Online 2024-2025
This page provides instructions on how to register for NWU Online for the years 2024-2025.
Registration Procedures for NWU Online
There are two registration procedures available: one for South African students and another for international students.
Registration Procedures for South African Students
Follow the NWU Online Registration Procedures:
- Access the registration portal by clicking on the link studies.nwu.ac.za.
- Log in using your student ID and password.
- Proceed with the registration process by selecting the “Pre-requisite Test” and choosing the modules you want to register for.
- Utilize the Online Faculty Registration Assistance tool to select the appropriate modules.
- Provide accurate “Personal Information” (POPIA) and contact details.
- After accepting the contract’s terms, you will receive a notification confirming the successful registration. Proof of registration will be sent to your email address.
Registration Procedures for International Students
Follow the NWU Online Registration Procedures:
- International applicants must contact the Global Engagement Office before registration. No registrations will be accepted without prior discussion.
- Send a single email to the Global Engagement Office with the following information:
- Subject fields: Student number, registration year, level, and campus.
- Attach color-scanned copies of your green identification card (if applicable) and any other documents granting permission to reside in South Africa.
- Provide proof of health insurance for PRP holders, if applicable, along with documentation of MMR, meningitis, and yellow fever vaccinations if required.
- Provide a list of vaccinations received during the previous registration year. MMR vaccinations are required for life, and meningitis vaccinations should be updated every five years.
- Confirmation of your visa application acceptance.
By following these procedures, you can successfully register for NWU Online for the 2024-2025 academic years.
