This page provides information on the UP online registration dates for the years 2024 and 2025.
You can submit an application for an online program at any time throughout the year. There are six designated start dates for UPOnline programs each year. The application deadline is two weeks prior to the start date. Applications received after this deadline will be considered for the subsequent start date. Depending on the program, only one online application is required. Once accepted into the online program, you will need to register for the first module. After completing the first module, you can proceed to register for the next module, and so on, until you have completed all the required modules. The applications for the online programs will be handled by the respective schools, departments, and faculties.

Module calendar
- Throughout the duration of the program, a series of short modules will be presented, spanning a period of eight weeks. Each regular 8-week module consists of 7 weeks of instruction and a one-week break. Additionally, there will be longer modules presented over a 16-week period. These 16-week modules include 14 weeks of instruction and two weeks of breaks. The start date of each module marks the beginning of the program. Payment for the module is due on the first day of the module. Failure to submit payment by the payment deadline, which is five days after the module’s start date, will result in suspension of access to Blackboard/clickUP. It is crucial to complete registration for each module before the registration deadline. The registration period begins one day before the module session and ends four weeks prior to the session.
