UP online Registration 2024-2025

You can find information about UP online registration for the academic years 2024-2025 on this webpage.

To check for any holds on your registration, log in to the UP Student Portal and access the UP Student Centre. Holds may prevent you from registering for courses, so it’s important to address them.
For first-year students who are uncertain about their course of study, it is recommended to initially enroll in core modules. After attending the orientation program and receiving guidance on the curriculum, elective courses can be added.
When registering for modules, first-year students should follow the order in which the modules are listed on the registration page.
Online registration for all enrolled students will be conducted in January, and there is no specific deadline for registration.

The following faculties are represented at the university:

student access cards

To obtain a student identification card, students need to complete the registration process. First-year students in the class of 2024 will be required to have student identification cards.
Returning senior students with existing student cards do not need to obtain new ones. Their cards will be reactivated during the online registration process.
A valid student ID card is required for access to UP campuses. Students can collect their ID cards at the registration desk in Hillcrest Campus Hall 4. Proof of registration, which can be found on the UP Portal (UP Student Centre) after registration, will be required to receive the student card.
To issue a student card, valid identification such as an ID, passport, or driver’s license is necessary. The initial student card is provided free of charge. If the card is lost or damaged, a fee may be charged for a replacement card.
Student ID cards are essential for accessing campus facilities, buildings, and computer labs. It is important to carry your student ID card at all times and present it when requested during examinations and tests.

Online registration will be available on the UP Student Portal starting on 4 January 2024. The registration call center will provide assistance from 4 January to 17 February 2024.
For in-person registration support, the Hillcrest Campus will have assistance available from 24 January to 17 February 2024, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 16:00.
