How to register SATS Online 2024-2025

SATS University is now accepting online applications for the 2024/25 academic year for various programs, including graduate, undergraduate, diploma, and postgraduate programs. The South African Theological Seminary welcomes applications from qualified high school graduates, non-school graduates, and graduates of recognized institutions for both full-time and part-time Postgraduate programs in the 2024/2025 academic year. We kindly request applications from eligible candidates.

Important Dates: The online application for the 2024 academic year is open from 1 July to 30 November. Prospective students are encouraged to submit their applications early using the provided application form (Hard-Copy).

Application Fee: Applicants applying online are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of R 120.00. Please use the provided bank details for the payment and ensure to submit the deposit slip along with the other required documents.

Late Applications: Late applications will only be considered if there are openings in the desired programs. As each program admits only a limited number of students, it is advised to apply within the designated application cycle to increase the chances of acceptance and processing by the school.

Document Requirements: Before submitting the online application, make sure to have certified copies of all required documents. A Commissioner of Oaths must verify each document to confirm it as a true copy of the original. The online form allows for the upload of these certified copies. If the practice of Commissioners of Oaths is not common in your country, your pastor’s verification of the document’s authenticity will suffice.

Enrollment Process: Enrollments are typically processed within seven days of receiving the application.

Enrollment Fee: All undergraduate program participants are required to pay an enrollment fee. This can be done online or through a direct deposit into the SATS bank account. If you are outside of South Africa, paying with a credit card is recommended to avoid high foreign payment charges.

Application Status: To check the status of your application, log in to the South African Theological Seminary (SATS) website using your login credentials. If your name appears on the list of successful applicants, congratulations!
