Documents needed to apply to South African Theological Seminary

Before proceeding with the online application, applicants should carefully review the important information:

Read the following crucial information before submitting your online application:

Certified copies of all of your documentation must be sent together with your online application. This means that a Commissioner of Oaths must affix his signature to each needed document to certify that it is an exact replica of the original. Only these certified copies need to be uploaded to the online form. You might go to your local police station or speak with your pastor if he or she is a Commissioner of Oaths. Please ask your pastor to confirm that the document you give is a true copy of the original if you reside in a nation where this is not the custom.
Enrollments begin seven days after the application is received.

When you choose a graduate program, you must pay an enrollment fee (see pricing) to enroll in the program. This can be paid for online or by sending money directly to the SATS bank account.

Important:

If at all feasible, please attempt to pay using a credit card if you are outside of South Africa. Any other option will be quite expensive, and you will be liable for it. For instance, it costs R235 every time you use a bank to send money abroad.
If you have already submitted an application, kindly do not do so again. You can get in touch with Sharon at sharon@sats.edu.za to have your application reprocessed.
